MOTD 2018 Lodging thread

Hello, MINIacs... time to start the 2018 lodging thread, and yours truly will kick it off... made the same post to the SSM Facebook group. If no interest in a week or 2, I will port to MA/NAM as well. SSM always gets first shot at my cabin.

Hello, Sunshiners... time to offer up a room in my cabin at the 2018 MINIs on the Dragon. My roomie of the last few years cannot make it this year. I have cabin #547 reserved from Sunday, April 29 to Sunday, May 6. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bath Hemlock on Welch Road- if you look at the property map, it's the first right after the General Store, then about 2/3 of the way up the hill on the left.

1 bedroom has 2 twin beds, 1 has a queen bed. I tend to end up in the room with the twin beds, but I'm perfectly happy in either room. I do like to keep the place on the cool side, thermostatically speaking. And be aware that the hot water tank is small, so morning showers need to be brief, or we can stagger showers morning & night, etc.

Total cost for the 7-night stay is $940, so your half would be $470. And you have to put up with the embarrassment of rooming with the guy who drove a WRX to MOTD. :-)

Going to leave this here for a week or so, then post on the usual web sites. (SSM gets first shot)

FYI, not interested in bargaining for partial week stays... your share is $470. You can stay for 2 days or all week.
