Drive & Dine - Saturday, July 28th

Join us for a drive on the US1-Card Sound Road loop. We will meet up at Tropical Park at 10:00 AM in the front parking lot. Departure time will be 10:30 am with a stop at the Shell gas station in Florida City to refuel/use the bathroom. From there we will head down US 1 to Key Largo and on to Card Sound Road. We'll enjoy the scenery and curves along the route on our way back to Florida City, with a stop for lunch at Alabama Jack's. some of us will stay and get lost in the live music and cold beer, while others will head home.

Alabama Jack's has asked us for a head count, so PLEASE if you are planning to attend, send an RSVP reply with how many people and Mini/MINIs. This way too we won't leave Tropical Park without you in the morning

Hi all. Alabama Jacks is expecting us on Saturday. I've called to give a heads up and will call again Saturday morning when we're on our way and we know exactly how many we are expecting. Right now based on RSVPs on FB and to Jen's e-mail. Including little ones, looks like about 20 people. Of course, we know that goes up or down day of. Looking forward to seeing everyone and having a great time.

Great time! We had 15 cars total - 1 Mini, 13 MINIs, a classic Mustang & a classic Impala. 25 people total -- Thanks everyone for coming. We'll be working on doing things like this more often.

Did anyone take pictures? I may come out to an event soon if I can resume working on my Mini, clean up my wife's MINI or maybe in the Clubman if it hasn't sold yet.
