Well, I'm typing this FROM WORK! I got a call yesterday at about lunch time and they told me I had more hours. So here I am: just in time to go on vacation tomorrow I have 93 hours. They better get more before these run out.

Well, the project I've been working on for the last year and a half just ended. It's happened again. So 6 DAY WEEKEND!! My boss is in meetings today and something might come from that: I'm supposed to hear from him this evening.

To tell you the truth, I'm going to enjoy having time off. I can survive for a couple of months without problem, but after that it'll be a bit dicey (well, I'll survive either way).

Oh, I almost wish my employer would send me home. But I'm not ready for an extended unpaid vacation right now.

Gotta say I'm not a fan of contract work, but at least you know what you are getting into, so you can plan ahead for these (hopefully) little lapses.
